I got the part and there was no problem with the packing or shipping. I would have like to have included in the shipment a quick diagram on how to install it. There is a wire on the coil that needs to be grounded and the manual I have says to ("put the wire ......") (I'm at work and don't recall the exact verbage) but the point is, would have liked to have seen a diagram and exact instructions on the installation. I ended up using one of the screws that hold the Drain Valve Assembly in place as the ground. Unfortunately I'm not a comapany buying a large quanity of your product, but I was looking for a military discount.
