We stock every part for the Nortec RH2 Series Steam humidifier ever made. This model replaced the RESDELUX unit. There are 2 versions of this unit. The RH2 Duct (also known as part 254-8005) and the RH2 Space (also known as part 254-8004). One is designed to be self contained and wall mounted (RH2 Space). It is placed in the space you are looking to humidify and no ductwork is needed. An example of this is a humidor application. This model has a built in fan. The other version, RH Duct model is typically wall mounted and a steam hose run from it to a steam nozzle which is installed in your ductwork to distribute the steam into your airstream. Our technical support team can assist you should you have any questions about your Nortec RH Steam humidifier. Remember to replace your Nortec Steam tank at least once per year for optimal operation. Most Nortec Steam humidifiers will bring up a warning sign when the steam tank fails. Unfortunately you must view the unit periodically to know when it is time. We recommend you replace the steam tank at least once per year for residential applications and more often for commercial and industrial humidification needs.
