Nortec Troubleshooting Guide

TO DETERMINE THE STEAM TANK YOU NEED
Take the serial number EXAMPLE # # # # # # 202 # # # and note the last 6 digits. Now note the first 3 digits of the last 6 digits. That is the part number for the steam tank you need, in this example it comes out to a part 202 steam tank. This works on ALL models but you must have 12 digits in the serial number for this method to work.
ALTERNATELY
Each steam cylinder has a large white sticker on it. On the upper left hand corner of that sticker you will find a 3 digit part number. That is the part number for your steam cylinder.
